Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP5F1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,348 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS7, FAM174C, and TIMM13. Each is linked with ATP5F1D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1D-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1D versus NDUFS7 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
