ATP10D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP10D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP10D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, C4orf46, and LMNB2. Each is linked with ATP10D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10D-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by ATP10D-low versus ATP10D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
