ATF7-NPFF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF7-NPFF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF7-NPFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIRLET7A1, RNU6-1082P, and SLCO1B7. Each is linked with ATF7-NPFF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7-NPFF-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7-NPFF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIRLET7A1 grouped by ATF7-NPFF-low versus ATF7-NPFF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7-NPFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7-NPFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
