ASPRV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPRV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,780 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPRV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, UPP1, and HSPA5. Each is linked with ASPRV1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPRV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPRV1 versus DDAH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
