Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPRV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPRV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAPK3, LRRC20, and SIVA1. Each is linked with ASPRV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPRV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAPK3 grouped by ASPRV1-low versus ASPRV1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
