ASB14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,840 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APPL1, DDAH2, and GABPA. Each is linked with ASB14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB14-to-partner and partner-to-ASB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB14 versus APPL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
