ARVCF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARVCF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARVCF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4716, LINC00904, and RN7SL88P. Each is linked with ARVCF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARVCF-to-partner and partner-to-ARVCF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4716 grouped by ARVCF-low versus ARVCF-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARVCF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARVCF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
