Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARVCF RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARVCF data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ARVCF RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARVCF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and BLCA show a favorable association.

READ, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARVCF RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
