ARVCF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARVCF mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARVCF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKN1, DOCK11, and MYO3A. Each is linked with ARVCF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARVCF-to-partner and partner-to-ARVCF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKN1 grouped by ARVCF-low versus ARVCF-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARVCF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARVCF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
