Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMCX3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,758 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMCX3-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS9-AS2, GPRASP1, and PKMP3. Each is linked with ARMCX3-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX3-AS1 results are reported.
