Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMCX3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARMCX3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ARMCX3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMCX3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where ARMCX3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
