ARL5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,530 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPF2, CBX2, and RNF20. Each is linked with ARL5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL5B versus UPF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
