Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,181 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, LMOD1, and MEOX2. Each is linked with ARHGEF25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF25 versus CHRDL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
