Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF25 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 15 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ARHGEF25’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where ARHGEF25 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ARHGEF25 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BLCA and KICH show the opposite, repressed pattern.

BLCA, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where ARHGEF25 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
