ARHGAP5-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,661 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP5-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP5, NUBPL, and DTD2. Each is linked with ARHGAP5-AS1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP5-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP5-AS1 versus ARHGAP5 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP5-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP5-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
