Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP5-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGAP5-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ARHGAP5-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP5-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LGG show a favorable association.

BLCA, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where ARHGAP5-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
