ARG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4N2, AVPR1B, and TMEM114. Each is linked with ARG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG1-to-partner and partner-to-ARG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4N2 grouped by ARG1-low versus ARG1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
