Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAL, CAMTA1-IT1, and FAM86EP. Each is linked with AQP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP11-to-partner and partner-to-AQP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP11 versus MAL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
