APOBEC3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01399, MIR548AS, and ATXN3L. Each is linked with APOBEC3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3G-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01399 grouped by APOBEC3G-low versus APOBEC3G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
