APOB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A_S1112, TMBIM1, and MAOA. Each is linked with APOB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOB-to-partner and partner-to-APOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOB versus SIN3A_S1112 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
