AOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548U, OLFM1, and RNU6-12P. Each is linked with AOC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC1-to-partner and partner-to-AOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548U grouped by AOC1-low versus AOC1-high in KIRC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
