Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTXR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANTXR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNA5SP411, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with ANTXR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR2-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by ANTXR2-low versus ANTXR2-high in UCEC.
