Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANTXR2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANTXR2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ANTXR2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANTXR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

MESO, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where ANTXR2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
