Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, SLC25A22, and TIPIN. Each is linked with ANKAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKAR-to-partner and partner-to-ANKAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by ANKAR-low versus ANKAR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
