AMYP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMYP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMYP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB122, IGKV1OR-3, and SNORD37. Each is linked with AMYP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMYP1-to-partner and partner-to-AMYP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
