Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMHR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,417 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, PAICS, and CDCA8. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMHR2 versus ASF1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
