Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMHR2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AMHR2 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher AMHR2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMHR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where AMHR2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
