ALX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 955 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-663P, RAB28P3, and SNX18P23. Each is linked with ALX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX1-to-partner and partner-to-ALX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-663P grouped by ALX1-low versus ALX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
