ALMS1-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALMS1-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,431 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALMS1-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, CELF1, and PRPF40A. Each is linked with ALMS1-IT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALMS1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-ALMS1-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALMS1-IT1 versus NASP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALMS1-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALMS1-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
