Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH7A1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH7A1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, FAM83H_S881, and PMM2. Each is linked with ALDH7A1P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH7A1P2 versus EPM2AIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH7A1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH7A1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
