AKAIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A18, TANGO2, and TM2D3. Each is linked with AKAIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A18 grouped by AKAIN1-low versus AKAIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
