Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KATNBL1P4, OR4Q2, and OR4D8P. Each is linked with AGPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPS-to-partner and partner-to-AGPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KATNBL1P4 grouped by AGPS-low versus AGPS-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
