AGO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3, OR2F2, and OR13C7. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3 grouped by AGO3-low versus AGO3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
