ADH1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,162 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH11, SYNPO2, and PRKG1. Each is linked with ADH1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
