ADGRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-12P, MUC20, and HASPIN. Each is linked with ADGRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-12P grouped by ADGRF1-low versus ADGRF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
