ADGRB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,202 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSNARE1, ARC, and DGCR5. Each is linked with ADGRB1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRB1 versus TSNARE1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
