ADAM23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR74, MRPL58, and ALYREF. Each is linked with ADAM23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM23-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR74 grouped by ADAM23-low versus ADAM23-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
