ADAM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLRN1, HTR3B, and MOS. Each is linked with ADAM21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM21-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLRN1 grouped by ADAM21-low versus ADAM21-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
