ADAM15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL20P, SEPTIN14P19, and NPLP1. Each is linked with ADAM15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL20P grouped by ADAM15-low versus ADAM15-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
