ACTRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13G1, RBMY1E, and TP53TG3E. Each is linked with ACTRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13G1 grouped by ACTRT1-low versus ACTRT1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
