ACP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COASY, CST12P, and CBX3P6. Each is linked with ACP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP4-to-partner and partner-to-ACP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COASY grouped by ACP4-low versus ACP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
