ACAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUARIS, AKT3, and ID3. Each is linked with ACAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAP3 versus LUARIS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
