Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-136P, MIR8070, and GPD2. Each is linked with ABCG8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-136P grouped by ABCG8-low versus ABCG8-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
