ABCD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR1, KHDC3L, and RFPL3. Each is linked with ABCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR1 grouped by ABCD4-low versus ABCD4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
