Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 717 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXE3, SULT6B1, and MYF6. Each is linked with ABCC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXE3 grouped by ABCC2-low versus ABCC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
