Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 799 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, CNPY1, and GJA10. Each is linked with ABCC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by ABCC12-low versus ABCC12-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
