Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABCC12 data layer compared with 12 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ABCC12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRC, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where ABCC12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
