Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with ABCC10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC10-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ABCC10-low versus ABCC10-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
