Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,483 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TJAP1, ZNF318, and UBR2. Each is linked with ABCC10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC10-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC10 versus TJAP1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
