Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with ABCC10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC10-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC10 results are reported.
